Ready to drink or to keep between 3 and 5 years. Serve between 10 and 14 °C.
Its suppleness will accompany foie gras, its structure will sublimate smoked fish or fish in sauce, but also dishes such as poultry with morels, a lamb curry or a chicken tagine. And finally, its strength will support a cheese with character.
