With its slightly golden yellow colour with silvery reflections, this wine has a fairly intense nose of apple and pear (ripe fruit) with fine woody notes and a mineral finish. With its ample and balanced mouth on apple and pear and a note of spicy undergrowth (ceps), it has a nice structure and an aromatic finish on truffles (cinnamon, nutmeg).

The Wine Estate

Located on the edge of the Gaillac vineyard, on the edge of the Causse, the estate is situated between Cordes sur Ciel and Albi and extends over 30 hectares. Our vines are planted on a clay-limestone plateau, benefiting from the Autan wind which offers a very special biodiversity and allows us to obtain complex and rich wines. Our vines are divided into 50% red wines and 50% white wines from the following grape varieties: Syrah, Duras, le Fer Ser...
