The vinification is done entirely in barrels. The robe is deep garnet, the nose is intense, lively, with candied black fruits and spices. The mouth is frank, supple, rich and fruity, the tannins are fine. The final is tense, melting on the fruit.

Comment ce vin qui semble très rond, peut laisser une impression si forte de fruits confits ? Une sensation de boire de la confiture de figues ! Ce vin m'enleve totalement les méfiances envers les vins bio - certainnement des mauvais choix....Mais je pense qu'il y a aussi le travail du vigneron qui est pour beaucoup dans cet équilibre.

Excellent! Au nez, pas d'extravagance...........mais la rondeur de ce nectar vous enrobe entièrement la bouche de fruits rouges croquants, vous laissant sur une petite note de sous-bois.

Baaaaam le coup de cœur! Quelle folie! J'adore les touches fines et délicates, ce profond parfum de cerise noire et une touche torréfiée qui se révèle à mesure que je prends la mesure de ce monument! Chapeau!
