Harvested at night, direct pressing then vinification in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. The nose of ripe fruit and a certain sweetness in the mouth characterize this wine.

The word of the Winemaker, Cindy GUITARD :

Made from the beautiful Viognier grape variety, the challenge was to keep freshness and minerality in the wine. This is what we find on this wine with a sustained yellow color. The nose of ripe fruit is very marked, with notes of dried fruit, peach, fresh pineapple and a touch of lychee. The mouth is delicate, airy with a very nice finish on the freshness.
