Harvested at night, direct pressing then vinification in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. The nose of ripe fruit and a certain sweetness in the mouth characterize this wine.
Made from the beautiful Viognier grape variety, the challenge was to keep freshness and minerality in the wine. This is what we find in this wine with its deep yellow colour. The nose of ripe fruit is very marked, with notes of dried fruit, peach, fresh pineapple and a hint of vanilla.
We will take pleasure in tasting the wine at 12/13° and it will keep at best 2 years: to be preferred in its youth.
Perfect with poultry and fine white meats. It will also be the companion of your fish in sauce or a la plancha, but also as an aperitif or with a citrus-based dessert.
