Magnificent Gewurztraminer coming from the very famous hillside of Bergheim and facing south. This Grand Cru reveals great power, virility and finesse on very ripe exotic notes (mango, lychee, passion fruit). Its mouth is fat, dense and gives off an impressive depth of floral, fruity and spicy aromas (rose water, papaya, kumquat).
Intense grape variety! It is a true aromatic palette, rich and exuberant. It is a full-bodied, well-structured wine with fullness and fatness.
Serve between 10 and 12°C. It is a wine for laying down, it can be kept for up to 20 years! How ?
This Gewurztraminer will reveal all its charm on a Pork Curry with exotic fruits accompanied by its basmati rice with green cardamom or a Chocolate Moelleux with passion sorbet. It will also be remarkable on blue-veined cheeses such as Bleu des Causses and Fourme d'Ambert, but also on fruit tarts (quetsches, apricot).
