It has a garnet or even purple colour, very dense and concentrated. On the nose, the aromas are very ripe (blackcurrant, crushed red fruit), with beautiful notes of black cherries. In the mouth, black cherry is combined with violet. Very persistent finish, an aromatic wine to wish!
Pure Côt de Loire. In Touraine it is called Côt, but is also known as Malbec, in the South of France or in South America. It is one of the oldest grape varieties in Touraine.
You can serve it now with red meats, but also keep it for up to 10 years!
Ideal with beautiful red meat, grilled or in sauce, but also with spicy dishes.
