Domaine Jean-Marc Biet - cuvée hugo - Blanc - 2019

"Hugo" is the marriage of Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Chardonnay (20%). Its minerality is refreshing, and very elegant. The sensation on the palate is fruity, rich, powerful, with a beautiful finish, which will encourage you to have a second glass to appreciate its complexity.

In the family estate, you have found the next generation of winegrowers with this Cuvée. This cuvée is dedicated to my son Hugo. Harvested at maximum maturity, this cuvée has been selected from our oldest vines. Cold vinified and aged on fine lees.

The opinion of Ambassadors

Finesse & Elégance ! Un très beau travail sur ce vin pour offrir un nez raffiné sur le fruit, une belle structure et une belle longueur en bouche. Un vin à découvrir en apéritif dînatoire ou sur un poisson en sauce !
