its colour declines from white gold to pale gold, or even yellow gold for wines aged in barrels. Hawthorn, honeysuckle, mingle with apple, lemon, white nettle, hazelnut. In the mouth, you will find fat, a solid, balanced constitution and a slightly dashing side that you can easily notice. The latter allows it to age well.

How ?

Its lively and harmonious personality makes it perfect for taramas, steamed fish and shellfish. Enhanced by a touch of vivacity, it will go well with parsley ham and snails. When ripe, it will go very well with a salted foie gras. Cheeses: Roquefort cheese, ashen aisy, ripened comté cheese, chaource.
