This vineyard comprises two parts, one from Vosne-Romanée to the combe de la Serrée, the other towards the Midi. Shades of colour appear among the wines. Under a twilight purple colour, intense and sometimes mauve, red often evokes rose and liquorice. Youthful aromas: cherry, strawberry, blackcurrant. Maturity: leather, truffle, fur, game. Notes of macerated fruit (prune) complete the bouquet. Vigorous and full-bodied, it has body and chewiness, on a balanced and structured structure. Long on the palate, it is fully appreciated after a few years of ageing: maturity rounds it off in a sensual and distinguished way. A
