In 2000, after a detour to Australia, Fabienne decided to take over the small 7 hectare estate that her parents had created in 1960 in Nuit Saint Georges. She works with talent the mythical grape varieties of Burgundy (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté). She is also very involved in the association "Femmes et vin en Bourgogne" (Women and wine in Burgundy) which gathers about thirty Burgundy women.

Our story

Located in Nuit Saint Georges, the estate covers 7 hectares and 9 appellations on stony and clay-limestone soils. The wines are made from the mythical grape varieties of Burgundy: pinot noir, chardonnay and aligoté. Our production is 95% for the production of red wine.

Fabienne's parents created the Domaine Jean-Pierre Bony in 1960, so she grew up in the wine world and it was at the age of 17 that she tasted her first wine, Chambolle-Musigny "Les amoureuses", and understood that her passion would become a vocation. In 1999, out of a thirst for discovery and adventure, Fabienne left for Australia. Her attachment to the family property brought her back to take over the reins in 2000. Today the estate represents 7ha of vines and new appellation which makes 95% of the production red wine.
