The vines are planted in the Drôme plain around the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. The lean sandy soils are perfectly adapted to the cultivation of Merlot. It matures particularly well there while enjoying the cool nights during the maturation period, which allows it to keep its finesse. A round and fruity wine just crunchy without heaviness.
