A ruby robe with light garnet reflections. Notes of morello cherries and blackberries punctuated with liquorice. The woodiness is melted, allowing the fruit to express itself fully in a full mouth with a delicate structure. Beautiful freshness which gives the wine a remarkable length.
Thin and elegant. Plots of land on Kimmeridgian marls, the soil of choice for Pinot Noir.

its aromas and taste
This wine will reveal all its brilliance with a risotto with white truffle shavings, a piece of grilled beef, a quail stuffed with grapes or a classic duck with orange but also with a full-flavoured cheese.
