La Porchette is a cuvée mainly from the Bassenon terroir. With a beautiful aromatic definition, combining red fruit notes and smoky flavours. The palate is full of velvety tannins.
This cuvée is confused by its exacerbated blackcurrant notes.
From now on, and to be kept for up to 10 years. Serve between 16 and 18°C.How ?
This cuvée is perfect with a fillet of beef in a crust, a leg of lamb and its fried chanterelle or scallops à la plancha, Jerusalem artichokes.
