The intense red of the beginning starts to lighten and turns to ruby. The wine is brilliant. The nose discovers aromas of dates and prunes, dried figs sprinkled with colombo. The mouth has a frank attack encouraged by the presence of alcohol, guardian of the flavors. Notes of smoked chocolate, prunes, cinchona and burnt jams.

La robe de ce vin est couleur rouge tuilé.
Au nez, nous retrouvons des notes de truffes mais également de tapenade d'olives vertes.
En bouche, nous retrouvons les notes de truffes initialement présentes au nez. Il présente une très belle complexité.
Il s'agit incontestablement d'un vin atypique. Nous avons rarement l'occasion de déguster un tel vin, c'est pour cette raison que je conseille vivement de tester au moins une fois !
