A wine of absolute subtlety and elegant finesse. It is the result of a rigorous and controlled blending process. The wine is infused for 3 weeks in stainless steel vats. It is matured for 2 years and then rested in the bottle for 6 months. The thirty-year-old Grenache and Syrah vines give it its own personality.
