The Bourgogne aligoté highlights its pure taste qualities and radiates its freshness. It goes perfectly with grilled fish. Its liveliness and citrus note resist well to oyster iodine as well as the strong scents of goat cheese.
Aligoté Burgundy is a white wine made from a historical Burgundy grape variety. It is characterized by its lightness and freshness. With a very fine taste, its bouquet is fruity (apple, lemon) or floral. In the mouth, this energetic wine stimulates the taste buds.
It is ideal as an aperitif and can even be served with crème de cassis for a kir. It is also a faithful companion of Burgundian gougères, snails and of course parsley ham.
It is one of the few wines that can be served with salads, taboulés or steamed vegetables.
