This cuvée is part of the superior appellation hierarchical on a limited terroir "Les Aspres". This vineyard made of terraces benefits from an exceptional situation. Overlooking the Roussillon plain at an altitude of 400 metres, these vines are protected by the imposing Canigou, the summit of the Eastern Pyrenees. The climate is Mediterranean: a hot and dry summer, a harsh winter and a very present tramontana.
