The robe is limpid, with a crystalline brilliance. The nose is delicate, offering lemony notes, mixed with discreet aromas of garrigue, grapefruit and toasted brioche. The palate is ample with a beautiful vivacity and a freshness that is unusual in the Roussillon.
100% of the cuvée is aged on fine lees for a year and weekly stirring of the lees gives it fatness and complexity.
From now on, and to be kept for 5 years.
Perfect with lobster from Brittany, caviar, Tarbouriech oysters, white meats or scallops.
