A very elegant nose, dominated by the compote fruit and the minerality of the limestone soil. The palate is tense, firm, revealing the beautiful maturity of the fruit and offers powerful tannins.

Serve between 15 and 16 °C. This wine will keep up to 10 years.
Ideal with lamb navarin, roast pigeon, sweetbreads with Madeira sauce or duck breast with cranberry sauce. The finesse and body of the wine go well with all red or rosé meats with fine flesh.
