Aromas of black fruit, coffee, undergrowth and smoky notes. Great power on the palate, combining a lot of substance and roundness. The tannins envelop the palate and finish with a gourmet finish.

Serve between 15 and 16°C after one hour of aeration in a decanter.
Cellaring: Up to 15 years.
Ideal to accompany lamb thanks to the power of wine. Try it with roast beef, beef fillet with ceps, pheasant with potatoes and candied garlic, or poultry liver simmered with bacon and chestnuts.
