Floral on the nose, both fruity, honeyed and mineral on the palate, smooth on the finish, this white wine will surprise you with its complexity and the evolution of its aromas throughout its tasting. The 2015 vintage, less solar than the previous ones, made it possible to obtain Roussannes of incredible finesse and elegance. The harvest of white grenache, carried out very early this year, has made it possible to preserve the freshness and vivacity essential for tasting this great white wine.

Three years ago, my father said to me, "Listen, my son, you've been wasting your time in Paris for ten years, so either you go home or I sell". I then replied: "Listen Dad, the next TGV departure from Gare de Lyon is in 22 minutes. If I can get the 14, I can have it and be there tonight. If my first experiences with the vine were the Montmartre harvest, I am now following in the footsteps of the great winemaker who is my father.
