The word of the Winemaker, Cédric Lecareux :

Since its planting in 2017, this Chardonnay parcel has only known Biodynamic farming. It was harvested for the first time in 2019 to give this Axiome vintage.
After a long and gentle pressing, the wine was vinified in barrels with indigenous yeasts and aged on lees for 8 months.
This white Beaujolais Lantignié, 100% chardonnay, combines concentration, roundness and finesse.
