The fruit aromas open with aeration: the melon offers an impeccable definition in the mouth, with a mineral matter just hazelnut.
The word of the Winemaker, :
For this cuvée, the grapes were picked by hand. The wine was aged for 8 to 12 months on lees. It is made of grapes located on the parcel closest to the cellar and cradle of the Luneau family. This parcel, planted in 1970, has its roots in a rock of altered schist from the Armorican massif and rolled pebbles.
