Domaine Madeloc - Domaine Madeloc Crestall - Rouge - 2019

We choose plots of land at altitude which benefit from a nice thermal amplitude and the freshness brought by the schist. Each plot is vinified and aged separately. We then choose the best barrels to make our cuvée. The tannins are velvety, the aromatic is complex with notes of roasting, black fruits, vanilla and spices.

Original, deep and complex, Crestall means "Crest" in Catalan.

Extra, super bonne idée et merci pour le tuyau, je vais faire cela ce weekend! J'ai tenté la cuvée en blanc TREMADOC sur un ceviche de dorade + carpaccio de saint-jacques avec un peu de mangue, coriandre et du citron vert, je me suis régalé!
