Here, grenache noir brings aromas of red fruits, liquorice and caramel. Mourvèdre and Syrah, more powerful, give structure, power and complexity to this red Collioure. Intense aromas of red fruits, liquorice and vanilla are present on the palate. The tannins melted in the mouth, the finish is marked by notes of figs. A pleasurable wine, easy to enjoy!
