The Wine Estate

In 2014, I took over the family estate after a career as a researcher in the pharmaceutical industry, I now develop much softer drugs for my own good and the pleasure of all! 6th generation of winegrowers on 1 family estate from both the father's and mother's side and grouped together in the 1960s by my father PIerre MARTINOLLE. This generation was key in the history of the estate with one of the first particular cellars in the Aude, the choice of the decrease in terms of surface area (from about 40 to 10 hectares), the continuity in what will later be called the BIO (but which is never more than the viticulture of our grandparents), and the concentration of the estate on what will become the terroir of the Cru Boutenac
