A very fine wine with delicate aromas. On this top-of-the-range wine, the aromas of red fruit, blackcurrant and garrigue go well with fresh and spicy notes. The whole is balanced, in the mouth the tannins are silky and the finish is long and elegant.
The Château des Adouzes is located in the medieval village of Roquessels in the heart of the Faugères PDO. The appellation is exclusively made up of schist. A rare schist soil, very low yields, and deeply rooted old vines give all the depth and balance .
