Pale colour. Nose of small red fruits, citrus fruits. A very fine, balanced mouth, combining roundness and vivacity. It is a wine of pleasure, elegant and fresh. To drink young.
Montrose rosé is the emblematic wine of the Coste family. Winegrowers in search of elegance and conviviality, meticulous work from the vineyard to the cellar, a predestined name... the reasons for success are varied and we will let you judge its quality by yourself.
Each grape variety and terroir are vinified separately. The grapes are destemmed before a very short maceration or direct pressing. Then, the musts are cold clarified before fermenting between 15° and 18°C. The wines (from the different grape varieties and terroirs) are blended and then matured in stainless steel and concrete vats. They are bottled in winter and spring.
Serve chilled as an aperitif. At the table with grilled fish (red mullet, wolf...), sushi, grilled meat, salads.
