Languedoc, Côtes de Thongue

Nose of small red fruits, citrus fruits. A mouth full of finesse, balanced, combining roundness and vivacity. It is a wine of pleasure, elegant and fresh. To be drunk young. Each grape variety and terroir is vinified separately. The grapes are destemmed before a very short maceration or a direct pressing. Then, the musts are cold clarified before fermenting between 15° and 18°C. The wines (from the different grape varieties and terroirs) are blended and then aged in stainless steel and concrete tanks. They are bottled in winter and spring.
