Each terroir is vinified separately. The grapes are destemmed. The juice is obtained by pelicular maceration and direct pressing. Then, the musts are cold clarified before fermenting between 15° and 18°C. The wines from the different terroirs are blended and then matured in stainless steel vats. They are bottled in winter and spring.
