Since childhood, Olivier's playgrounds have been the vineyards and cellar of the family estate founded in 1701 in Pézenas.
This wine comes from a small appellation that we love, but where 100% Mourvèdre is illegal. To bring it to you, we had to downgrade it to "Vin de France" and hide its origin.
