Maceration will reveal a much spicier side. Wine without filtration may have a slight deposit and a pearling sensation in the mouth. Easy drinking wine, supple tannins, nose and mouth on young red fruits.
Made from 100% Pinot Noir. The maceration is done in whole bunches.
It is advised to decant it before tasting, to be served between 15 and 20°C.
Cellaring potential 5 to 10 years.
