Wine in jars for 12 months, macerated for 6 months, the fruitiness of pinot noir is predominant, but the colour and structure in the mouth will take you on a journey outside Alsace. The balance of this wine is very appreciable, so it will please the greatest number of people.
A wine full of life with a strong character, its charm will not leave you indifferent.
Serve between 15°C and 20°C.
Cellaring potential: 5 to 10 years.
Wine to be served with red meats or game.
