Its nose is intense, dominated by blackcurrant. It is powerful and dense in the mouth, with a sweet and tasty finish.
This wine perpetuates the tradition of picking grapes by hand, vinified in whole bunches. This vinification, initiated at the estate by Pierre Fil in 1968, has never ceased. A great tribute for this 50th year!
To be served with a family cuisine, full of flavours!
Ideal on a dish in sauce, a stew or a filet mignon.
