Un vin à la fois puissant de fruits bien murs, et très délicat avec ses arômes de fleurs et de poivre, le tout sublimé par de superbes notes fumées.
Après un passage cet été au domaine de Pierre Gaillard ,je me devais de commenter le st Joseph clos de cuminaille 2015 . Une couleur intense grenat laisse présager un nez de fruits rouges confis ,en bouche des tanins soyeux qui donnent à ce vin une véritable finesse de caractère.
Finesse, élégance. Une jolie cuvée avec de jolies notes poivrées et de réglisse.
