"Ces Terres grillées font référence aux sols de schistes noirs sur lesquels le grenache – majoritaire ici (50%) – donne des vins frais et ronds, tendus par une minéralité ciselée. Le macabeu et le petit appoint de vermentino, qui complètent l’assemblage, apportent une touche de verveine citronnée qui accentue la fraicheur de l’ensemble, et l’élevage sous bois joue discrètement sa partition. Ce 2014 a de l’allure et sans doute du potentiel, même si nos dégustateurs incitent à apprécier dès maintenant ses qualités.
