S'agit-il bien du Millésime 2013 ? c'était notre tout 1er Faugères blanc avec la 1ère récolte de nos parcelles de Vermentino, Clairette, Bourboulenc et Roussanne; ce dernier cépage étant obligatoire pour revendiquer l'AOP Faugères blanc.

Des fruits et de la minéralité au nez. Rond et agréable, peu assechant. Pas trop long en bouche. Un petit peu d'acidité lui ferait bien. Nous le buverons avec un plat exotique (Thai) ou épicé (curry).

Belle couleur jaune sec encore beaucoup d'acidité assez court en bouche
