The nose is complex, with hints of red fruits, liquorice and laurel. The mouth is melted and greedy with ripe tannins. Finally, the finish is quite long and leaves a nice sensation of cleanliness.
The "Chemin de Ronde" celebrates the union of schist, garrigue and sun in a generous wine representative of its terroir. A blend of four grape varieties of the appellation, this wine is matured in concrete vats for 20 months.
It is a wine of conviviality and to be tasted with friends. To be enjoyed between 4 to 6 years.
It goes perfectly with grilled meats or Mediterranean flavours, pasta with sun-ripened vegetables or goat and sheep cheeses.
