Domaine Saint Roch - Beaumes venise Cuvée des taus - Rouge - 2016

In the nose black fruits: prunes, blackcurrant, blackberries, ... Then, after aeration, kirsch and leathery fruits. In the mouth, very nice roundness beyond complexity, followed by bursts of fruit flavors linked to spices that cover the mouth. The final is made in a beautiful length all in smoothness, without letting appear a strong and alcoholic side

Harvested at optimal phenolic maturity, followed by destemming and cooling for cold pre-fermentation (5°C) to extract the colours and aromas of the fruit, then fermentation for about a month
