Beautiful golden colour, delicate, fine and mineral, it will convince by its elegance and its complexity. Its aromas are now fully expressed, it will seduce with its amplitude and suppleness and can be served relatively quickly. The very stony terroir of Butteaux gives the wine a lot of character.
Serve it at a temperature between 10° and 14°C.
It goes wonderfully well with warm oysters, pan-fried scallops, sweetbreads, white meat and fish in sauce.
