On the nose, we find the characteristics of Pinot Noir, centred on red fruits (redcurrant, blackcurrant). The tannins are fresh on the palate in the first years. After a few years in the cellar, the tannins become melted and more complex notes are found.
To be enjoyed today or kept for up to 5 years in the cellar.
Great with duck aiguillettes with blackcurrant or with pork tenderloin with redcurrants.
