The nose is very expressive with a bouquet of exotic fruits (pineapple), candied fruits and honey. These aromas are very characteristic of the small manseng. In the mouth, full-bodied with a very nice liveliness and a long finish.
A very original and rare wine, 100% Petit Manseng, a noble grape variety from the Southwest, appreciated for its perfume, its richness and high quality.
From now on and to keep for up to 8 or 9 years. Serve at 12°C.
As an aperitif, or with seafood dishes (lobster or scallops). Excellent with creamy sauces or poultry. Also goes well with Parmesan or Comté cheese, or sheep's cheese from the Pyrenees.
