This wine has a bright, pale yellow color with silver reflections. Intense effervescence at the beginning, which lightens with aeration. On the nose, one can smell aromas of sweet almond and brioche with notes of yeast. On aeration, citrus fruits with notes of reinette apples and verbena. Nice frank and lively attack in the mouth which ends with a fine bitterness accentuated by a feeling of freshness.
