Here is the Riesling, prince of Alsatian grape varieties: fresh, floral, it leaves an acidulous note in the mouth that opens the appetite! Of course with a blue trout, an Alsatian sauerkraut but also as an accompaniment to a mayonnaise avocado with langoustines or zucchini flower fritters. Very good with goat cheese.
