How ?

Here is the Riesling, prince of Alsatian grape varieties: fresh, floral, it leaves an acidulous note in the mouth that opens the appetite! Of course with a blue trout, an Alsatian sauerkraut but also as an accompaniment to a mayonnaise avocado with langoustines or zucchini flower fritters. Very good with goat cheese.

The Wine Estate

In the heart of Alsace, in the heart of the legendary Wine Route, our estate extends over the villages of Dambach-la-Ville, Dieffenthal, Itterswiller, Reichsfeld and Albé. The production is divided into 3 Appellations: the 7 Alsace grape varieties, the Crémant d'Alsace and the Grand Cru FRANKSTEIN.
