Chablis Sainte-Claire is the result of a selection of plots, it takes its name from the 15th century church located in the immediate vicinity of the estate, in the middle of the vines. The vines were the first planted by Jean-Marc Brocard in 1973, on the lands of Préhy. Associated with fish dishes and more simply with goat cheese, it will take you on a journey through the minerality of the Chablis terroir. Age makes it a little more golden and spicy.
