Brilliant gold colour. Nose of white flowers and citrus fruits with a touch of candied fruit. Very nice length and roundness in mouth.
Vinification with natural yeasts at low temperature in oak barrels. Aged for 12 months in 3-year-old oak barrels. 556 bottles produced.
To be served with a simple and authentic cuisine! From now on, and to be kept for up to 7 years. Serve between 13 and 16°C"
