Bottle 75cL
Produced from the clay-limestone soils of the Yonne, this cuvée is 100% made from the Chardonnay grape variety and matured on fine lees in oak barrels. It is characterized by an intense nose and a beautiful mouth with aromas of white flowers, vanilla and punctuated by a honey finish. Cuvée 1577 can be drunk young for its power and liveliness but will express more roundness and mineral finesse after 2 years at stations.
The word of the Winemaker, Romain Sorin :
