Blend of vines located on the Montpeyroux terroir, most of them at an altitude of 400 m, the grape varieties are vinified together and then aged in barrels of two and three wines for one year.
Powerful, typical and easy to drink, a wine full of minerality, softness and depth. Hence its name.
Serve a nice piece of red meat or game! To be enjoyed between 5 and 10 years old. Decant before serving. Serve at 16°C.
Perfect on a wild boar with carrot, a sautéed deer, a shoulder of lamb, veal stretches, a beef rib steak and is also served with a cheese platter.
