After a night harvest, the grapes are delicately pressed without maceration, in order to preserve the subtlety of the Grenache.
Fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled vats at 15°c.
After 6 months of ageing on the lees, the wine is bottled with a light filtration.
The robe is pale pink.
The nose is very subtle, with notes of small red fruits, melon and a hint of minerality.
The palate is long and fresh, thirst-quenching with a nice unctuousness linked to the ageing on lees.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12-14°.
To be drunk in its youth, during the first two years, as it has very little sulphur.

To set the price, we look at the total number of bottles you order from a single winemaker. For example, if you order 12 bottles of 3 different wines from a winemaker, you benefit from the price for 36 bottles of the 3 vintages.
