Our story

The Petiteau family left their luggage at La Tourlaudière in 1700 and never left! At the time, they worked the vines as "closiers": they cultivated plots of land rented by the nobility as sharecropping. Roland the father and Romain, his son, are committed to helping you discover the most beautiful expressions of the White Melon grape variety.

Other little stories

Wine is a product that evokes many themes: gastronomy, conviviality, geology and nature. Nevertheless, a wine is above all a unique work with a personality specific to a soil, a year and the winegrower who shaped it. With the idea of making unique and environmentally friendly wines, we are preparing for a conversion to organic farming.

This year the Domaine is offering a new cuvée: Clos des Sarrasinières 2012, a great white wine to keep on the VALLET communal PDO project. It is an amazing Muscadet where candied citrus fruits, iodine and hazelnut are intertwined. To be discovered without further delay!
